The Intention Behind FrauGenüsslich
I know what an incredibly heartwarming and empowering feeling it is to be seen as you are.
And so, with FrauGenüsslich, I create a space for you where you are simply allowed to be.
As highly sensitive women, we have such a special personality, incredible depth and a beautifully colourful perception. And just as the wonders of this earth don't escape us and touch us deeply, we also feel all the pain very deeply in our bodies.
Because of our sensitivity, we have often carried a great deal from early in our lives that was never really our responsibility. And so we adapted, developed protective strategies and patterns that grew ever tighter, and that we are now ready to look at more closely, little by little.
I've been fortunate to experience for myself how good it feels to receive appreciative, experienced companionship. It often takes other perspectives and regular support to discover, look at and accept ourselves with love. And we highly sensitive souls need protected spaces even more, so that we can meet deeply and feel held.
This way, we find more and more pieces of the puzzle of our very own personality and get to bloom again, quite slowly, at our own pace. I believe that we already carry everything within us and don't have to "become" anything.
The most fulfilling path we get to walk is our very own. And thanks to our inner voice, our intuition, we are able to walk it. It guides us, it is always there, and it gives us all the security we need. But to hear it, we need presence, a slower pace and love.
And so I walk a stretch of the way with you and discover together with you what nourishes you on every level and gives you direction.
